Will make a note for Breaking Bad. It sounds good.

Knowing your TV taste, I would be *very* surprised if you didn't love Breaking Bad. In fact, I'm very surprised you have yet to see it. Thankfully, the Pilot is fantastic, so you should know after an hour if you intend to stick with it. Which I hope you will. I'd be shocked if you didn't like it and immediately want to get the S1 box-set. :)

It is good. Jaw-droppingly brilliant in fact.

So... Michael Jackson seance? I hope this is tongue in cheek...

What's jaw-droppingly brilliant? Did I miss something? Re: Jacko seance. There's a chance we'll see Derek Acorah moonwalking and grabbing his crotch, so it's surely must-see.

Never underestimate my ability to dislike a "good" show - I've left Lost, BSG, Dexter*, etc. behind me and not once looked back. :-)

(*To be fair, I only lost track of Dexter because it clashed with something else.)

That's true. But given your love of The Wire and Mad Men, Breaking Bad sits alongside both very well in terms of charaterisation and surprises.

Breaking Bad. Matt said that it sounded good and so I "corrected" him.

I don't understand dropping three of the five best shows on the telly... Insanity!

Oh, right, yeah. Sorry, I read these comments via the Disqus dashboard and it's not always clear what people are replying to (well, not before I have a morning cup of coffee!) Yes, Matt has very odd taste ;-)
